what do you mean, half price?
A persons asking price is what HE believes it to be worth. There are many factors.
Check Craigs list for your area to start with.
Educate yourself so that you know what to look for when checking out a used car. great deals can be found but so can some great lemons so be careful.

There is no such place.
Any car for sale that is "half price" is that for a reason – it either has needs (mechanical or body), a salvage/rebuilt title, a ton of miles on it or most likely some combination of the above. It costs half as much because it’s worth half as much.

you can try craigslist.com. there is always cheap cars (or whatever you need) listed on there. just click your state and then area and then click autos. its free and (in my opinion) the best website to buy or sell stuff

there is no one specific place which lists cars for sale for half the price.
you can start by searching on http://www.google.com for "cars for sale" or "used cars" or check out some forums.
however, if you need to know if the price is right, or ‘half’, you have to do further research to find out the original price.
and beware, some owners may sell you their cars at half the price, but you will not know if there are any issues with the car, best to buy using popular/legitimate channels
