I’m looking for used car websites, other then cars.com, autotrader.com, autoshopper.com, craigslist.com. I live in NJ so it has to be within the USA. Thanks!
Cars.com sucks. Autotrader sucks in maybe half of markets.
Craigslist is far and away the best.
Ebay has VASTLY improved their search in terms of searching geographically. (There are still some problems with narrowing searches…like you can’t browse a category and then narrow the search with keywords…because the keywords will actually EXPAND the search) So that’s actually an option for NORMAL cars now.
Kijiji.com is kind of like Craigslist, but more flashy, and less popular.
Also look at websites of local newspapers and browse the classifieds online.

carmax.com, there are other services that you could use–lists that the state publishes on siezed vehicles up for auction, but you have to pay for the lists, kind of like a subscription, so it’s not really worth it.
