Auto auction
Is there any licensed dealer who can buy a jeep grand cherokee off the auction for me. I am located in new jersey.
If you’d like to help me out and make profits, please email me
I dont necessarily want to go to the auction. What i meant was.. If you are a toyota dealer you would not be interested to buy a jeep. But if i guarantee you that i will buy a jeep if you win it off from the auction, well I will be a one extra customer for you.
Any dealer only auction has policies that prevent retail customers from attending. Any dealer that brings a retail customer to the auction is subject to losing auction privileges and the retail customer can be arrested and charged with trespassing.
If you want to buy at a dealer auction, get a dealer license.

How do i buy a car from a car auction or insurance car auction in the state of florida whats required
polishplaya9999, For car insurance the easiest method to get a cheap quote is do a policy comparison. Be sure to choose the same coverage amounts, you can get an quick quote to compare against others. Use the same zip code, auto make and model, mileage and driving history to make sure you get an apples to apples comparison. To get mulitple auto insurance quotes, go to http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Auto-Insurance.html and you can compare all the major auto insurance companies.

Used cars for sale
I’m going to buy a used car soon. How do you negotiate with a used car sales associate for the best price? And how do you negotiate with an individual that’s selling his/her used car? Thanks.
Have an idea what the car is worth first so you know if the selling price is in the ballpark. Don’t fall in love with that particular car; there are thousands and thousands of used cars out there. Get a carfax report if you can and be prepared to walk away immediately if you can’t come to an agreement or if the seller balks about having your mechanic check it out.

Online auction
I’m tired of relying on only one website. There must be other online auction websites that are similar to ebay and have a large enough number of users. Suggestions?
Thanks for your answers, but none of these suggestions come close to what ebay is. Trying to search for an item on Craigslist is ridiculous because you must do it by city. It’s only viable if you want to buy local.
www.ovabid.com is a good one for birds, eggs and related farm/animal things. Also some other categories and Mel is willing to work with you if you have any ideas to make it more helpful. Very friendly and helpful owner and has no listing fees like ebay has. The site is fairly new, but is getting more users everyday.

I would buy those ca5rs at the auction , but I will not do business in the USA. All will be for export .
You need an Auto Dealers license to buy cars at auctions. Doesn’t matter what you do with them after your purchase. There would probably be another license required for export purposes.

Car auction
Where are these auctions held, is there any website with a list of the locations of car auctions? How can you tell if it is a real bank owned seized car auction and not some company with regular priced cars posing as the other ?
Ross k, I found a list of several auto auction and government seized sites. http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Government-Seized-Auto-Auctions.html These sites probabaly have a FAQ page to help you. However they cost a little bit to join, but I couldn’t find any free resources in my searches. Since the vehicles are always being sold, your annual fee is probably used to employ people to keep the site up to date.

Online auction
There’s a couple in our town who are in bad financial trouble and I want to help them. I thought that an online charity auction would be a great way to do this, except that I have nothing to sell. I think that it would be awesome if I could get 120,000 people to give $1 each, who’d miss a dollar? And that would be the way to get donations. Maybe an auction isn’t a good idea? If not, how would I go about getting plenty of publicity for getting donations?
what you do is you steel a dollar from 120,000 people.
like you said who would miss a dollar

When dealers buy cars from an auction how much are they paying for a vechicle compared to how much they can resell that vehicle for. EX. I recently bought a Jeep at KBB value from a local guy for $8600 and when the deal was done he told me he bought it for $5500 from the auction. That is 55% more than what he paid. Is that a typical profit that dealers expect to see when they purchase a car from the auction?
I’m not worried about how much more I paid…but are the cars bought at auction usuallly problem cars? Again, what type of price does a dealer expect to pay compared to how much they can resell it for?
the profit margin might seem excessive but keep in mind that the dealer probably fixed all the problems the care had before the resale. Plus you have at least a 30 day warranty.
I recently bought a used car. it had a new brake job and brand new tires. My point is there are other costs to the dealer besides the auction price. As long as you researched the price and got a decent deal and like your car I wouldnt be worried about the dealer’s profit margin.

I would like to buy a car in car auction. Is anyone bought a car from cheap and good car auction in London or around.Let me know,thanks.P.S I don’t want to buy a car from E-bay auction or any other net auctions.
Stick with dealers. Auction will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Save them for us pros. (even we still get burnt at times)
